Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Scorpius Trading Ltd. We strive to provide you with the best products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Manufacturer's Warranty: All products sold by Scorpius Trading Ltd are covered by a manufacturer fault warranty for a period of three months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects that would be classed as a manufacturing fault under normal use. If your product is found to be defective within this period, we will indebt to repair it within a reasonable time at no cost to the customer

2. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • The product is found to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period Accesories only
  • The defect is not caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the product Accessories only 
  • Mobile Phones are exempt from refunds -  repair process applies to warranty.

3. Procedure for Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service department within the warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and describe the nature of the defect. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product for repair or refund ( accessories only ) 

4. Inspection and Evaluation: All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to determine the cause of the defect. If it is determined that the defect is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, or the Scorpius three month warranty - the repair or replacement process will be intiated.

5. Exclusions: Please note that our refund, repair and replacement  policy does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling of the product.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
  • Mobile Phones are not eligible for refunds - repair only 

6. Charges for Physical Damage: Any physical damage to the device not covered under the manufacturer's warranty will be considered chargeable repair. Upon inspection, if it is determined that the damage is not covered, you will be provided with a quote for the repair costs. Repair services will only be initiated upon your approval of the charges.

7. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3  business days upon approval of the refund request. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Does not apply to mobile phones.
