Grade A+ - Device is like new, Fully Functional

Grade A - Almost looking new, some minor scratches and signs of use, Fully Functional

Grade B - Device has obvious signs of wear, but it is still fully functional

Grade C - Fully Functional with heavy signs of use

Grade D - Device is broken, Non Functional
